What is Mediation?
Mediation is a method to resolve conflict.
It is a voluntary, confidential process involving a neutral third party who facilitates the conversation to explore the disputed issues and determine what each party wants from a resolution.

The mediator gathers information, frames the issues, assists parties in identifying options, negotiates with parties to find a resolution and finalizes their agreement.
